Hi, this is a harvestman (order opiliones). They are not actually spiders, but are arachnids. Easiest way to tell them apart is by the body plan – spiders have two body segments, while opiliones only have one (their head and abdomen are fused together). In my area of the world we call them daddy long legs, although that’s a common name used for a lot of different arthropods.
