This is Eriophora ravilla. I’m including an article about the species. https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/IN568 It’s found in part of the US too and I was happy to have seen one. I like any bright green spider.
I just noticed the posterior and leg markings. They’re different than the US ones. She might be a subspecies variant. Thank you for posting her photo!

https://bugguide.net/node/view/1681803/bgimage Here’s a photo of one found in Texas, USA that has similar markings. She was identified as E. ravilla. The species has diverse markings.
